Power Ekroth (SWE/NO) is an independent curator and critic. She is a founding editor of the recurrent publication SITE. She works as an Art Consultant/Curator for KORO, Public Art Norway and for the Stockholm City Council in Sweden. She is the Artistic Director of the MA-program of the Arts and Culture at NOVIA University of Applied Sciences, Jakobstad, Finland.

Recent exhibitions include the International Sculpture Biennial in Borås, Sweden 2018, the exhibition OFF WITH THEIR HEADS which was a part of the OFF BIENNIAL Something Else in Cairo, Egypt 2018 and a solo-presentation of the German artist John Bock at Kulturhuset Stadsteatern, Stockholm, Sweden 2015. During 2012-2013 she held the position as curator for the Momentum Biennial, Moss, Norway and during 2013-2014 she held the interim position as curator at Telemark Kunstsenter, Skien, Norway. She has published frequently in Artforum.com, Contemporary, Flash Art, Frieze and other international magazines. 

As a writer her interests lies in analyzing structures and hierarchies within society and the arts, and how they intertwine using the guideline that: "Art is philosophy come flesh". Her curatorial vision is to initiate a change of mindset of the viewer. This by mediating art that entails ideas, visions, dreams and phantasms, which formulates a meta-structure of reality.
